What is the Best Memory Foam Mattress for Back Pain Sufferers?

I suffer from low back pain quite a bit. For years I was in denial of just how much pain I was in on an everyday basis. It wasn’t until I started seeing the Chiropractor on a regular basis that I began to get my energy back. One of the things my Chiropractor kept pressing me on was related to my mattress. He challenged me to look into a memory foam mattress. That led me on a quest to discover the best memory foam mattress.

Memory foam was first introduced in space. It is great for side sleepers like me. I often had a great deal of hip pain before sleeping on memory foam. So much pain, that it would actually wake me up at times through out the night. The memory foam reduces the pressure points for side sleepers. Now, I am able to get a good night’s rest. 2. Lego Creative Building System Set #5560 – If your daughter is just getting started in LEGOS, then the previous LEGO kit might be a bit intimidating for her. This creative LEGO kit might be better suited to introduce her to legos. It is one of the best girl lego kits to start with. You can build several different things with one kit. It really enables you to have multiple uses. The blocks are bigger so older girls might not want to play with them. It also has comes with lots of accessories.

3. DUPLO LEGO Ville Horse Stables (4974) – If your daughter or grand daughter is between the ages of two and five, then this is a fantastic girl lego set. It is very simple to build and comes with horses, figures, carts, cat, and carrots. Not to mention a cool horse stable as well.
